Description
Overview

1. Conduct in-depth research on the optimal form of content posting on each platform (Meta, X) and identify the target audience

2. Create a content plan in the form of captions (copywrite) and content thumbnails, and distribute them on each social media platform consistently by adjusting the account persona.

3. Create content that has value and consistency on all social media platforms

4. Create a calendar and daily content schedule 3 days before posting material on all social media platforms

5. Collaborate with the digital marketing team (design, content creator, campaign) to design and develop social media.

6. Always update on every hot trend on social media

7. Manage and optimize brand social media accounts on various platforms to increase content visibility in terms of Awareness, Exposure and Conversion

8. Monitor and analyze account and content performance by looking at the metrics which aim to analyze the success of the target for each content or campaign that has been previously executed.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Understand "Social media fluency", have an interest, know the social media used by target users and have sensitivity to trends on social media such as keywords/hashtags and popular content

2. Communicative, likes to connect, enjoys social media and is responsible for the brand's good name in front of the audience.

3. Have knowledge of publisher tools (emplify, Hootsuite, etc.)

4. Have speed in thinking to apply trends with relevant content

5. Have the ability to manage time
