Description
Overview
Mentoring Java engineer candidates, teaching basic java, Preparing syllabus for teaching, performing code reviews, and leading technical design discussions. In addition, the Java Engineer Mentor will participate in both individual and team projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. 70% Mentoring; 30% join Company Projects
Requirements
- Experience in mentoring and leading software engineers with Java programming skills
- Expertise in Java programming, Spring framework, and Hibernate
- Knowledge of software engineering principles such as object-oriented programming, design patterns, and agile methodologies
- Ability to perform code reviews, lead technical design discussions, and provide technical guidance
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Java EE and related technologies
- Experience with Git, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred
