• Perform general administrative functions related Payment Channel activities
  • Operate Voucher module to generate payment voucher campaign
  • Knowledge of the admin area, internal workflow and the ability to utilize the provided tools
  • Work as a liaison between cross Department (IT, Legal, Digital, CRM,MD & Finance) to support technical requirements, administration and be a communications conduit as needed
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments while providing clear and detailed information.
