- Perform general administrative functions related Payment Channel activities
- Operate Voucher module to generate payment voucher campaign
- Knowledge of the admin area, internal workflow and the ability to utilize the provided tools
- Work as a liaison between cross Department (IT, Legal, Digital, CRM,MD & Finance) to support technical requirements, administration and be a communications conduit as needed
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments while providing clear and detailed information.
- 2+ years of specific as administrator in digital payment division
- Strong knowledge and experience of digital payment operational functions, implementation process and technical.
- Ability to negotiate and deliver presentation in excellent manner, excellent interpersonal communication skills ; verbal & written
- Accurate , structured, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
