Assist in designing and implementing promotional programs that focus on increasing customer loyalty,
Prepare reports related to the performance of the programs run for further analysis,
Manage and ensure the implementation of activities that support customer retention, both at Alfagift and Alfamart
Evaluate customer feedback related to the shopping experience, assist the team in preparing marketing materials and campaigns to increase consumer engagement
Work with related teams in maintaining customer satisfaction and increasing loyalty and compiling program documentation to support evaluation and planning of the next program.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in customer retention, customer success, customer experience, CRM.
Understand customer data analysis.
Able to create and manage customer communication campaigns (email marketing, push notifications, etc.).
Have good communication, especially in interacting with customers professionally.
Able to work across teams
Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction.
Analytical and detail-oriented, able to identify patterns and opportunities from customer data
