Job Description

  1. Support the customer service team in handling customer inquiries across various channels
  2. Assist in resolving basic customer issues efficiently and accurately
  3. Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
  4. Contribute to building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  5. Perform administrative tasks related to customer service activities as needed

Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communication, Business, or a related field
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  3. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  4. Patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented mindset
  5. Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  6. Willing to commit to a 6-month onsite internship
