Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer reward and prize redemption processes.
- Monitor gift fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Support CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement programs.
- Prepare campaign and customer activity reports.
- Handle customer inquiries related to promotions and rewards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, or E-commerce.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in loyalty programs or customer engagement is a plus.
