Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer reward and prize redemption processes.
  2. Monitor gift fulfillment and delivery.
  3. Maintain and update customer databases.
  4. Support CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement programs.
  5. Prepare campaign and customer activity reports.
  6. Handle customer inquiries related to promotions and rewards.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, or E-commerce.
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with good administrative abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  6. Familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  7. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  8. Experience in loyalty programs or customer engagement is a plus.
